Well i recently uploaded a new version of ACN
It allows the use of chat rooms, video upload, personal blogs, photo upload.
If you have a facebook account, you can login by choosing facebook connect in the Auth list on the login screen.

I'll be keeping v2 forums as they are independent and on a different server from v3.
or if v2 fails then we'll be using v3 as forums too.
